Udacity is seeking a Session Lead for the Cybersecurity Foundation Nanodegree program in Egypt.
The role involves mentoring teenagers and delivering weekly virtual sessions to guide them in their learning journey.
This is a part of a 5-year blended-learning upskilling program aimed at youth.
Session Leads are industry professionals who provide technical support to learners throughout their Nanodegree journey.
Responsibilities include leading online sessions, engaging students through creative knowledge transfer, and providing support with clear terminology.
The position requires a passion for teaching and the ability to inspire young students about their future in technology.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a passion, patience, energy, and empathy to interact with young students.
Experience in teaching technical concepts and public speaking is required.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to lead a group of young students are essential.
A student-oriented mindset with a focus on understanding their problems is necessary.
Candidates should have an existing tech network and experience in technical discussions.
Flexibility in their current job to take on this part-time, external contractor role is required.
Residents of Egypt are eligible to apply.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Experience in Cybersecurity Foundations, including Defending and Securing Systems, Incident Response, Cryptography, and Firewalls is required.
Experience in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is also necessary.
