The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will work on improving and maintaining the IT infrastructure.
The role involves working closely with technologies such as Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, Gitlab, nginx, PHP, MySQL, MariaDB, TiDB, Hazelcast, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, Ansible, Python, and Bash.
Responsibilities include maintaining and improving infrastructure as code, ensuring reliability, monitoring uptime, and managing CI/CD processes.
The SRE will launch, maintain, and monitor various systems including application servers, container orchestration, database clusters, file storage, and cloud services.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Centos).
Proficiency in Python and Bash is required.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is essential.
Candidates should understand on-premise server setups and how clusters operate.
Knowledge of databases, both SQL (MySQL/MariaDB) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), is necessary.
Familiarity with network protocols and settings of network elements is required.
Experience with infrastructure and configuration as code, particularly Gitlab CI/CD and Ansible, is essential.
Candidates should have experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
A solid understanding of best practices in security, performance, memory management, and maintainability is required.
