The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will work on improving and maintaining the IT infrastructure.
The role involves working closely with technologies such as Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, Gitlab, nginx, PHP, MySQL, MariaDB, TiDB, Hazelcast, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, Ansible, Python, and Bash.
Responsibilities include maintaining and improving infrastructure as code, ensuring reliability, monitoring and alerting, and resolving production infrastructure issues.
Requirements:
Candidates must have knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Centos).
Proficiency in Python and Bash is required.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is essential.
Understanding of on-premise server setups and clusters is necessary.
Knowledge of databases, both SQL (MySQL/MariaDB) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), is required.
Familiarity with networks, network protocols, and settings of network elements is needed.
Experience with infrastructure and configuration as code, particularly Gitlab CI/CD and Ansible, is required.
Candidates should have experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
Best practices in security, performance, memory management, and maintainability should be understood.
Welcome knowledge includes database administration, load balancing, message brokers, and backup and restore practices.
Nice to have skills include experience with cloud systems and knowledge of programming languages like C/C++, Java, PHP, Kotlin, or Swift.
