Description:

Filevine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their Reliability team, which is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, performance, cost-effectiveness, and security of their products.
The role involves engineering solutions to enhance autonomous systems that manage operational details without human intervention.
The engineer will be embedded with a cross-functional team and will gain valuable context to effectively contribute to the Filevine environment.
Responsibilities include developing autonomous systems, improving the CI/CD pipeline, monitoring software and server events, and documenting processes.
The engineer will also mentor junior engineers and participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 production reliability support.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a passion for continuous improvement.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in hands-on technical roles and at least 2 years of Site Reliability Engineering experience is necessary.
Proficiency in skills expected of SRE II's and experience in building autonomous systems is essential.
Preferred qualifications include an M.S. in a related field, 2-6 years of Site Reliability Engineering experience, and experience with internet scale applications and AI/ML integration.
