Requirements:

• Candidates must have 10+ years of relevant industry experience, particularly in distributed cloud-native systems design and troubleshooting.
• A minimum of 5 years of operational experience with observability platforms like Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus/Grafana, or AppDynamics is required.
• Fluency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Typescript, or Go is necessary.
• A strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control and automated testing, is essential.
• Candidates should be self-motivated, inquisitive, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are important.
