Leadtech is seeking a Senior Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to join their team and contribute to building the Infrastructure and DevOps department for their innovative products.

The role involves managing the deployment, configuration, and scaling of mobile and web application backends across various Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
Responsibilities include developing automation tools, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, implementing monitoring and logging strategies, and ensuring security best practices in GCP infrastructure.
The candidate will collaborate with development teams to optimize performance and observability of mobile backends on GCP and create detailed technical documentation.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have extensive senior-level experience (6+ years) in leading DevOps transformations and infrastructure evolution.
Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Networking, and IAM is essential.
Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and containerization technologies such as Docker is required.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools specific to GCP, including Cloud Monitoring and Prometheus, is necessary.
Experience with programming languages, preferably Typescript, JS, Go, or Python, is required.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git is essential.
A strong preference for working in agile environments and the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration is important.
