Description:

  • The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Intelerad will be responsible for meeting the agreed upon Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for the Enterprise Imaging systems.
  • The SRE will plan and assign maintenance and deployment work, train and guide multi-competency teams, and ensure the improvement of tools and procedures for system operation.
  • Responsibilities include defining SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for Enterprise Imaging Systems, owning system designs and documentation, collaborating with multiple teams, troubleshooting, deploying systems, and executing maintenance tasks.
  • The SRE will work on improving reliability, quality, and time-to-market of software solutions, manage platform infrastructure and applications, and create sustainable systems through automation and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • University or college education in science, technology, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong sense of ownership and dedication to results, willingness to do entry-level work if necessary for success.
  • Ability to work with a wide array of technologies and languages, excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate technical subjects to various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of systems design, performance tuning, DevOps, and site-reliability engineering.
  • Proficiency in programming with high-level languages like Python, Go, Java, C/C++, and knowledge of VMware Enterprise, Windows Server, Linux.
  • Experience with databases, automation, monitoring technologies, networking, firewall configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Support experience in 24/7/365 mission-critical healthcare environments.
