Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of consensus algorithms, cryptography, and decentralized finance (DeFi) principles is essential.
Experience with blockchain scaling techniques, including Layer 2 solutions and sidechains, is necessary.
A strong understanding of economic models behind stablecoins, including collateralized and algorithmic designs, is required.
Familiarity with security best practices in smart contract development and blockchain systems is essential.
Practical experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools is required.
