Remote Snr. Software Engineer (C#/.Net) (Remote in the United Kingdom)

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer (C#/.Net) will be responsible for developing new and exciting products for KnowBe4’s customers.
• This role involves working alongside other engineers in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• The engineer will develop software using the KnowBe4 Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies.
• Responsibilities include recommending solutions to engineering problems and assisting team members by providing technical direction.
• The engineer will define approaches and solutions to complex technical problems and help translate KnowBe4's strategic goals into operational plans.
• Coordination across functional boundaries is required, and the engineer may act as team lead for sub-projects.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 8 years of experience is required.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent plus 3 years of experience is also acceptable.
• A Ph.D. or equivalent plus 2 years of experience is considered.
• Proficiency in modern C# and .NET Core is necessary.
• Experience with Powershell, ASP.NET Blazor, and Tailwind CSS is required.
• A basic understanding of modern web application architecture and email is needed.
• Candidates should demonstrate creativity, self-motivation, and acute attention to detail.
• Experience with MongoDB and AWS is required, with certification being a plus.
• Familiarity with Terraform is also necessary.
