Description:

  • Join a Strategy-First Digital Consultancy that has been a pioneer in Business and Technology Consulting since 1988.
  • Work remotely from your home office located anywhere in the US except California, Washington, and Oregon, during EST hours.
  • As a Software Architect, you will craft architectures, establish design patterns, proof of concepts, and other strategic artifacts for diverse consulting engagements, including custom .NET, pivotal JavaScript frameworks (such as React/next.js), Content Management Systems/DXP, and Azure Cloud deployments.
  • You will engage with external and internal stakeholders, including executives, managers, business representatives, subject matter experts, and fellow Engineers, using your exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate intricate technical solutions.
  • Exhibit adept multi-tasking prowess by managing between 2-5 primary projects concurrently across various clients.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to the Engineering team, ensuring that agreed-upon architectures are developed and implemented effectively to meet business and stakeholders' requirements.
  • Thrive in an Agile Scrum development environment, embracing corresponding sprint cycles, work products, and continuous CI/CD processes.
  • Collaborate with RDA Project Managers in planning, estimating, and managing IT projects effectively.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ consulting-based experience with commercial clients, leading the overall enterprise architecture of new software products, coupled with over 10 years of experience in the Software Engineering field.
  • Possess diverse technical knowledge spanning Application Development, Azure Cloud-based solutions, Microservices (Headless a plus) Architecture, and specific technologies .NET and React/next.js.
  • Helpful experience includes Containers/Kubernetes setup, and/or Content Management and Commerce Platforms (such as Sitecore, XM Cloud, Storyblok, Optimizely, BigCommerce, etc.).
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or possess current certifications in relevant technologies preferred.
  • U.S. Citizenship and Permanent Residency are required.
