Description:

Participate in the formulation and take responsibility for the implementation of the company's long-term engineering strategy for developing proprietary software.
Deeply immerse in application architecture and proactively assess existing risks, address technical debt, and enhance the stability and performance of the application.
Organize and maintain the release policy while fine-tuning the testing pyramid and quality gates to meet stability, security, and market/business requirements.
Develop the development ecosystem, including tools and processes, to achieve the best results in terms of predictability and quality of feature delivery.
Assist team leads in organizing and maintaining development processes and people management, including delivery pipelines, productivity and motivation management, hiring, and staff development.
Develop the production ecosystem focusing on fault tolerance, observability, and incident management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an engineering manager or lead architect in recent years is required.
Broad technical expertise in algorithms, data structures, Linux, networks, security, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms is necessary.
Understanding the principles of distributed applications and microservice architecture, including communication protocols and distributed transactions, is essential.
Significant prior experience as a developer in one or more modern programming languages, including Go, is required.
Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory.
