Description:

As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for the technical direction and design vision of software components, services, and applications.
You will ensure that designs are scalable, coherent, and aligned with the long-term strategy.
The role focuses on AI-driven automation and AI Agents, including designing and implementing AI-powered workflows and integrating AI automation solutions.
You will work with technical leads and developers to design solid and efficient technical solutions.
Your duties will include designing and developing AI Agents to automate workflows and optimize business processes.
You will implement AI automation solutions using platforms such as n8n AI, Make AI Automation, Microsoft Autogen, LangChain, Haystack, Kubeflow, Prefect, Apache Airflow, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
You will build reusable components, frameworks, and tools to support software engineering teams.
Collaboration with the architecture team to establish a vision for a scalable, coherent platform architecture is essential.
You will ensure that all features are designed with an emphasis on security and data protection.
Evaluating and managing the adoption of AI-driven technologies, libraries, and services will be part of your responsibilities.
You will advocate for best practices in software development and help standardize architectural approaches.
Introducing tools and processes to support compliance with standards and regulatory requirements is also expected.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required.
You must have 3+ years of experience in a software design/architecture role.
Proven experience designing scalable and distributed architectures is necessary.
Expertise in at least one programming language, with relevant experience in at least two languages, is required.
Hands-on experience in AI Agents development and AI-powered workflow automation is essential.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively is important.
Strong influencing skills to drive best practices and enforce quality standards are needed.
Excellent ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus is required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Experience in observability, monitoring, and system performance optimization is required.
