Description:

ResultStack is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a full-time remote position.
The role involves architecting and developing scalable, secure consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
The engineer will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business challenges and design effective, strategic solutions.
Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-tested code across the full stack (front-end and back-end).
The position requires mentoring and leading other engineers while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day coding and development.
The engineer will optimize application performance, scalability, and security from day one.
Staying ahead of emerging technologies, frameworks, and development practices to continuously improve systems and processes is essential.
The role includes implementing automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment strategies.
The engineer will take ownership of features and projects from concept to completion, ensuring high quality and performance.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong experience in building and maintaining large-scale applications.
Expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or Ember is required.
Proficiency in back-end technologies like Node.js, .NET (C#), or similar is necessary.
A solid understanding of responsive design and front-end styling with CSS or frameworks like Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Foundation is essential.
Experience in architecting and developing applications in AWS or Azure cloud environments is required.
A deep understanding of application performance tuning and security best practices is necessary.
Proven experience in building consumer-facing software and working with cross-functional teams is required.
A background in consulting or working directly with clients is highly desirable.
