Remote Software Developer

Description:

• We are seeking a EU-based remote AI Engineer to join our consulting team on a contract basis.
• Responsibilities include architecting and designing generative AI solutions to solve client needs.
• The role involves developing proof-of-concept AI applications to demonstrate potential solutions.
• You will optimize AI models for production environments, focusing on scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Creating technical documentation and client-facing presentations on AI implementations is also part of the job.
• You will integrate AI capabilities into existing client systems.
• Staying informed about emerging AI technologies and assessing their potential for client applications is essential.
• Contributing to the development of reusable AI components and internal tooling is expected.

Requirements:

• Experience with generative AI and large language models is required.
• A proven track record in building RAG systems is necessary.
• A strong understanding of AI evaluation methods and metrics is essential.
• Strong skills with Python, Node.js, and TypeScript are required.
• Familiarity with React for frontend development is a bonus skill.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing technical roles is considered a bonus.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CICD, and Infrastructure-as-Cloud (Terraform, Bicep, Github Actions) is advantageous.
• Working with Cloud platforms, especially Azure, but AWS/GCP also counts as a bonus.
• A background in natural language processing (NLP) research or applications is a plus.
