As a Software Developer, AI & Automation, you will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Your role will involve developing, testing, and deploying automation scripts and lightweight AI-powered solutions to optimize workflows.
You will integrate APIs and build connectors for system interoperability.
Collaboration with product and security teams will be essential to implement automation that enhances company productivity and operational efficiency.
Continuous research and experimentation with emerging AI technologies and automation frameworks will be part of your responsibilities.
You will rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions to meet business needs efficiently.
Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code is expected.
Participation in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team will be required.

Requirements:

You must have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in software development, specifically with languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or Golang.
A strong understanding of API integrations and automation workflows is necessary.
Familiarity with common libraries and frameworks for AI and automation is required.
You should demonstrate the ability to stay current with the latest AI advancements, including generative AI tools and automation platforms.
The ability to work independently, problem-solve quickly, and deliver results without analysis paralysis is essential.
Bilingualism in English and French is a nice-to-have.
Being based in the province of Quebec is preferred.
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.
Experience in building small AI models or integrating third-party AI solutions into applications is a plus.
Contributions to open-source projects or a personal coding portfolio are beneficial.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
Experience working in a startup environment is also a nice-to-have.
