• Your role will involve developing, testing, and deploying automation scripts and lightweight AI-powered solutions to optimize workflows.
• You will integrate APIs and build connectors for system interoperability.

• Continuous research and experimentation with emerging AI technologies and automation frameworks will be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

• You must have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in software development, specifically with languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or Golang.
• A strong understanding of API integrations and automation workflows is necessary.
• Familiarity with common libraries and frameworks for AI and automation is required.
• You should demonstrate the ability to stay current with the latest AI advancements, including generative AI tools and automation platforms.
• The ability to work independently, problem-solve quickly, and deliver results without analysis paralysis is essential.
• Bilingualism in English and French is a nice-to-have.
• Being based in the province of Quebec is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.
• Experience in building small AI models or integrating third-party AI solutions into applications is a plus.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a personal coding portfolio are beneficial.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
• Experience working in a startup environment is also a nice-to-have.
