Description:

Trackforce Valiant + TrackTik, the world's largest physical security workforce management SaaS company, is seeking a Software Developer, Backend to join their team.
The role involves collaborating with a skilled team to design, scale, and deliver new features and services.
Responsibilities include working closely with the Tech Lead, Product Manager, and Scrum Master to ensure efficient delivery and maintain a healthy team dynamic.
The ideal candidate will champion best practices in design and coding, emphasizing quality, organization, and automation.

Requirements:

5+ years of back-end development experience.
Proficiency in modern PHP frameworks, preferably Symfony, and experience with Yii Framework is a plus.
Ability to build REST APIs and familiarity with JSON Schemas, OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth.
Comfortable with AWS services like SQS and Lambdas, and knowledge of Node JS and TypeScript is a bonus.
Practical experience optimizing relational databases, preferably MySQL, and writing tests (Unit, Integration, and Functional tests).
Experience working in an agile environment/squad and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
Strong communication skills, self-starter mentality, and humility in approach.
