Description:
Brevo, a leading CRM suite, is seeking a talented and experienced Software Developer with a focus on Elixir to join their team.
The role involves creating and maintaining scalable Elixir applications, particularly with a focus on voice technology.
Responsibilities include programming, designing, implementing, and deploying Elixir clusters via Kubernetes.
The position is fully remote, but an office is available in any of Brevo’s locations.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems and ensure application stability and performance.
Continuous iteration on applications to meet evolving market trends and user needs is a key aspect of the role.
Requirements:
Solid understanding of backend app development and the ability to engineer mitigation techniques using Elixir.
Willingness to learn additional languages and technologies while working on Elixir projects (company main language is Golang).
Excellent English skills and experience in a multicultural environment.
Ability to quickly grasp new technology concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills to build powerful, scalable, and reliable solutions.
Positive attitude and ability to build productive working relationships with colleagues.
Passion for delivering value to customers rather than just focusing on technology.
Experience working with Twilio or other CPaaS and understanding telephony is a plus.
Experience in deploying and scaling Elixir clusters in the cloud is a plus.
