Description:
The company is seeking an experienced Software Developer, Full Stack/Mobile to join the Customer Service Platform team.
The role involves integrating, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing backend and cloud contact center systems for business efficiency.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and scaling backend distribution architecture.
The position requires contributing to the development of a platform for white label sides and introducing new features for customers.
The goal is to update the system to be extendable, aiming to deploy new sites in weeks rather than months.
Requirements:
Strong background in Software Engineering (2-5 years).
Experience in developing and troubleshooting solutions with code/scripting languages like Python, Java, Scala, .NET, Node.js, and React.
Willingness to learn distributed system development using tech stack such as React, Node, Scala, Swift, and Kotlin.
Proficiency in developing user-facing web/mobile applications with a focus on creating engaging user experiences.
Ability to write quality, testable, and maintainable code that performs well.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify organizational needs, potential roadblocks, and develop cost-effective solutions.
Effective project management skills, taking ownership, and delivering results while prioritizing customer outcomes.
Previous experience in building with REST APIs and web development is a plus.
