Remote Software Developer II (Full-Stack)

Description:

• Join the Lightspeed Hospitality Team in EMEA as an intermediate full-stack developer working on impactful projects for customers worldwide.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and Support team to deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop clean and maintainable code, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to product evolution.
• Required to have experience in developing SaaS-based software, frontend (Javascript/Typescript, React/Angular), backend (Java), writing automated tests, and strong computer science foundation.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a small team, analyze production environments, and drive for improvement.
• Optional experience with microservices, cloud infrastructures, and API design.

Requirements:

• Experience in developing and shipping production-grade SaaS-based software.
• Proficiency in frontend (Javascript/Typescript, React/Angular) and backend (Java) technologies.
• Ability to write automated unit and functional tests.
• Ownership of features throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Strong foundation in computer science.
