Description:
The Software Developer III – Web Development (React) position at Jenzabar involves writing, modifying, and debugging software for web applications.
The role requires working closely with the team, reporting to management, and performing engineering level tests to find and resolve defects.
Responsibilities include translating design specifications into web applications that function well across multiple devices, contributing to the design and architecture of the platform, and staying updated on the latest web tools and technologies.
The developer will work with Quality Assurance to ensure high-quality software delivery, collaborate with SQL and relational databases, and assist in designing and updating database elements.
Additional tasks involve recommending improvements to existing software, presenting architectural approaches, maintaining architectural integrity, and working with the support team to resolve technical issues.
The role also includes providing technical consultancy, expertise, and advice to the development team and management, evaluating technologies, and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in a software developer role is required.
Significant experience with tools/technologies like C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap, React, nHibernate or Entity Framework, SQL, and relational databases is necessary.
Experience with Responsive Web Design techniques and Microsoft SQL Server is highly preferred.
Proficiency in revision control system Git or Github and DevOps CI/CD processes is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, or similar technologies is a plus.
Benefits:
The position offers a pay range of $64,000 to $80,000/year, with variations based on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience.
