Description:
Warner Music Group is seeking a Software Developer in Test for their Engineering Productivity Team.
The role requires a strong background in software development and a keen interest in enhancing engineering productivity.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and tools, collaborating with Cloud Infrastructure teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines, and implementing strategies for code quality and automated testing.
The position involves identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, creating documentation for tools and processes, and collaborating with key music industry stakeholders.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
At least 1 year of test automation experience is necessary, with Python and TypeScript being a plus.
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright and Selenium is preferred.
Familiarity with unit, integration, and performance testing tools is required.
Candidates should have experience building test frameworks and tools, as well as CI/CD optimization or test automation framework development.
Experience with Bazel or other build tools and deploying in AWS is necessary.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and has a bias towards action.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.
