Warner Music Group is seeking a Software Developer in Test for the Engineering Productivity Team.
The role requires a strong background in software development and a keen interest in enhancing engineering productivity.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and tools, collaborating with Cloud Infrastructure teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines, and implementing strategies for code quality and automated testing.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 4+ years of test automation experience, with Python and TypeScript being a plus.
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright and Selenium is preferred.
Familiarity with unit, integration, and performance testing tools is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in building test frameworks and tools, as well as CI/CD optimization or test automation framework development.
Experience with Bazel or other build tools and deploying in AWS is required.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and has a bias towards action.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.
A passion for the music business and helping artists and songwriters grow is important.

The salary range for this position is $106,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on work experience and business needs.
