Description:
Vac is seeking a skilled and passionate Software Developer in Test with experience in Low Level Programming to join their QA team.
The role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of distributed systems within Vac and the IFT.
Responsibilities include automating comprehensive test plans and contributing to the identification and resolution of complex issues.
The candidate will implement and maintain integration tests using languages such as Nim, Rust, TypeScript, and Python in collaboration with other QAs and developers.
The role requires executing and automating test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and scalability of distributed systems.
The candidate will identify, reproduce, and debug complex issues in distributed systems while working closely with Logos development teams.
The position involves working with Docker, Kubernetes, and POSIX-like systems.
The candidate will create and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and integrate automated tests into CI pipelines using tools like Github Actions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have solid experience with systems programming languages such as Rust, Nim, and Go.
A working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and POSIX-like systems is required.
Experience with scripting languages like Python is necessary.
The candidate should possess knowledge of test automation tools, best practices, and design patterns.
Excellent written and conversational communication skills are essential.
