Vac builds public good protocols for the decentralized web through applied research, developing protocols, libraries, and publications.
The role is for a Software Developer in Test with experience in Low Level Programming to join the Vac QA team.
The position involves automating comprehensive test plans and resolving complex issues to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of distributed systems.
Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining integration tests in collaboration with other QAs and developers, executing and automating test plans, identifying and debugging complex issues, working with Docker and Kubernetes, creating scalable test automation frameworks, and integrating automated tests into CI pipelines.

Requirements:

Candidates should have solid experience with systems programming languages such as Rust, Nim, and Go.
A working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and POSIX-like systems is required.
Experience with scripting languages like Python is necessary.
Knowledge of test automation tools, best practices, and design patterns is expected.
Excellent written and conversational communication skills are essential.
