Description:

• The company Tecsys is a fast-growing innovator providing supply chain solutions to various industries, including healthcare, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, retailers, and 3PLs.
• They are looking for a highly skilled Software Developer in Test for their Performance and Scalability team.
• The role involves conducting performance and scale testing, developing test plans, analyzing system performance issues, monitoring applications, and testing SOAP-based and REST-based applications.
• The position requires expertise in Java, PostgreSQL, SOAP, REST, JMeter, and Python, with a focus on ensuring optimal performance and scalability of the Tecsys Elite product hosted in Kubernetes on AWS.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in performance and scale testing with a deep understanding of performance metrics and measurement.
• Experience with supply chain management systems like Warehouse Management System, Distribution Management System, and Healthcare Management.
• Proficiency in Java, PostgreSQL, SOAP, REST, JMeter, Selenium, Datadog, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Strong ability to analyze performance data, identify issues, propose solutions, monitor system logs, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in English communication.
