• The candidate will utilize AI-enhanced coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI’s Codex, or similar) to improve development speed and efficiency.
• The role involves working on data-driven projects, including scraping, processing, and analyzing large datasets.
• The candidate will assist in the development of AI-powered applications for political campaigns, governance models, and educational technologies.
• Collaboration with data scientists, analysts, and domain experts to integrate AI-driven insights into applications is essential.
• Participation in code reviews, debugging, and optimizing existing applications for performance and scalability is required.
• The candidate must stay up-to-date with the latest AI development trends and integrate them into the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is required.
• The candidate should have 1-3 years of software development experience, including internships and personal projects.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or JavaScript, is necessary.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, OpenAI Codex, or Tabnine is required.
• Fundamental knowledge of machine learning, APIs, and data structures is a plus.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL), cloud platforms, and version control (Git) is expected.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work on fast-paced, high-impact projects is essential.
