Remote Software Developer with IMS (VE)

Description:

• The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing software in the C programming language for telecommunication systems based on IMS architecture.
• Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality code, troubleshooting technical issues, and debugging existing systems.
• The position requires implementing and integrating signaling protocols such as SIP and DIAMETER in telecommunication systems.
• The candidate will monitor, analyze, and resolve signaling-related issues, ensuring compliance with relevant 3GPP standards.

Requirements:

• A strong interest in and understanding of telephony is essential.
• Candidates must have Telco/IMS experience.
• Proficiency in the C programming language is required.
• Fluency in English is necessary, with the ability to read 3GPP specifications.
• A proven track record in adhering to deadlines and keeping projects on track is mandatory.
• Experience with signaling standards such as SIP and DIAMETER is a plus.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Kamailio, RTPEngine, FreeSwitch, OpenSIP, Redis, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and RTP is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Python is considered a nice-to-have skill.
