The role involves leading the development of innovative AI-driven features at scale, integrating AI into workflows to make processes seamless and intelligent.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years in software development, with at least 1.5+ years in AI-related projects.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js for backend development is required.
Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems is necessary.
Candidates should be skilled in building and integrating knowledge bases and leveraging AI for context-aware solutions.
Proficiency in data processing for large language models (LLMs) and scaling AI systems is essential.
An experimentation-driven approach with strong ownership and a hacker mindset is expected.
Experience in fine-tuning LLMs or contributing to open-source AI projects is a plus.
