The Full Stack Developer will join the CRM team and work in a fast-paced environment focused on AI-driven development and high-scale systems.
Responsibilities include using AI-enhanced tools for development, leveraging the Model Context Protocol (MCP), designing scalable integrations with external APIs, building robust CRM features using Vue.js and Node.js, architecting event-based applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience with Node.js and Vue.js.
A solid understanding of ElasticSearch, database sharding, and autoscaling is required.
Experience with Pub-Sub systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and ActiveMQ is necessary.
Proficiency in MongoDB is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable using AI-powered development tools like Cursor.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and agile methodologies is required.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are a must.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
