Description:

As a Software Development Engineer I (Back-end) at Subsplash, you will be part of a team focused on payment-related applications supporting online giving and non-charitable payments.
You will collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and other Engineers to create systems that prioritize stability, uptime, and security for web services and financial software systems.
Your responsibilities will include participating in code reviews, documenting work, building robust micro-services, and delivering new features.
The role is fully remote, requiring self-discipline, effective communication via tools like Slack and Google Meet, and participation in an on-call rotation after approximately 6 months.

Requirements:

2+ years of full-time programming experience in a group/team environment or a degree in a related field.
Proficiency in server-side web technologies such as Golang, Unix/Linux, PHP, NodeJS, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
Experience in protecting against security risks described by OWASP and embracing Agile and feature-driven development processes.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects, tasks, and bug fixes.
