HighLevel is seeking a Software Development Engineer II - Automations to join their team in India.
HighLevel is a cloud-based marketing and sales platform catering to marketing agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses globally.
The role involves working on backend and frontend engineering systems to process large amounts of data at scale.
Responsibilities include creating new reporting features, building backend & frontend API features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The position requires autonomy, guiding other developers, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive performance and build new features.
The interview process consists of Technical Interview I, Assignment, Technical Interview II, and Cultural Fitment Round.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
1+ years of experience with Vue.js/React.js.
Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and TypeScript.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MySQL, and MongoDB. Knowledge of Redis and Firebase/FireStore is a plus.
Familiarity with integrating third-party platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook Marketing APIs, Twilio, and Google Analytics.
Understanding of caching, concurrency, and building highly available, reliable, and scalable systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
Driven by product quality, balancing trade-offs with time to launch new features.
Strong design sense with a focus on user flows and experiences.
