The company has over 1000 employees across 15 countries, working remotely and in their headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
The role is for a Software Development Engineer II in the Builders team, focusing on improving and creating new lead capture domain models.
Responsibilities include building backend and frontend API features, working cross-functionally across various teams, driving performance through benchmarking and optimization, and collaborating closely with the leadership team.
The engineer will work on 1 to 2 products and create and improve lead capture tools like funnels, websites, forms, surveys, and social media.
The position requires strong technical and communication skills, experience in developing full-stack web apps, and a focus on details and well-written self-documented code.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in a full-stack environment.
Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Javascript, TypeScript, Vue.js, NodeJS, and GraphQL is required.
The ability to work collaboratively in a remote team is essential.
An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate a start-up environment are necessary.
Candidates should be generalists who can work on both frontend and backend tasks and have a strong problem-solving ability.
Empathy for team members and users, along with great communication skills, is crucial for thriving in a collaborative environment.
A focus on product quality and the ability to balance trade-offs with time to launch new features is expected.
A keen eye for design and experience with HTML5 and CSS3 are mandatory.
Additional skills such as experience with Nuxt.js, MongoDB profiling, CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and TailwindCSS, and working in the GCP ecosystem are a plus.
