The Software Engineer II will be a central member of Kochava's development team, focusing on mobile user tracking and attribution.
Responsibilities include creating leading-edge attribution and analytics tools, designing and implementing distributed systems, and maintaining legacy systems.
The role requires balancing fast-paced delivery with quality assurance and involves researching, designing, developing, and testing ingestion pipelines.
Candidates can work remotely from approved US states including California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Washington, or Wyoming.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
A minimum of 1+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems is required.
Proficiency in at least one statically-typed programming language is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include 4+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and testing.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
Expertise in languages such as Golang, Java, and SQL, as well as experience in developing microservices in GCP and/or AWS, is desired.
Knowledge of concurrency and multi-threaded code is also preferred.
