Description:

  • The company has over 1000 employees across 15 countries, working remotely and in their Dallas, Texas headquarters.
  • The Expansion Products team focuses on driving volumetric and usage-based upgrades and upsells within the platform to maximize revenue potential.
  • The team is responsible for building innovative products and features that solve real-world problems for agencies.
  • The role is for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong technical and communication skills to join the Membership Team, working on a product with over 750K monthly active users (MAU).
  • Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, building efficient backend services and APIs, optimizing frontend performance, and implementing security best practices.
  • The engineer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful features and ensure system stability through test coverage.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on scale.
  • Proficiency in Vue.js, React, Angular, Node.js, and Nest.js/Express.js is required.
  • A strong understanding of databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch is necessary.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6+, Webpack, TypeScript, and React Native is expected.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is important.
  • Candidates should have experience with testing frameworks for both frontend and backend, such as Jest, Mocha, and Cypress.
  • Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a remote environment is required.
  • Strong communication skills and a product-driven mindset to balance trade-offs efficiently are necessary.
