The Software Development Engineer II will focus on mobile development using Flutter and AI-assisted development.
Responsibilities include architecting high-performance mobile software, building production-grade Flutter apps, leveraging AI tools for code efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The role involves measuring and improving app performance and staying updated on AI/LLM technology and mobile architecture patterns.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of professional engineering experience, including 3+ years in Flutter/Dart.
A demonstrated ability to architect maintainable and modular mobile systems is required.
Mastery of Flutter internals, widget lifecycle, performance profiling, and popular state management approaches is essential.
Experience with Protobuf/gRPC in Dart is necessary.
A track record of shipping and supporting large-scale mobile apps in production is expected.
Fluency in RESTful API design, mobile CI/CD, and Git-based workflows is required.
A strong understanding of AI-driven development tools, including prompt engineering and LLM-based code generation, is necessary.
Familiarity with hallucination mitigation strategies is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in distributed teams, are essential.
Contributions to AI tooling, Flutter open-source libraries, or AI-enhanced mobile features are considered a bonus.
