Description:
LivePerson is seeking a Software Development Engineer II (Node.js) to work remotely from Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
The company is a leader in enterprise conversations, providing a Conversational Cloud platform used by major brands.
The role involves working on the LivePerson Tenfold product, which is a cloud-based SaaS solution hosted on GCP.
Responsibilities include architecting, designing, and implementing business software and APIs, creating user experiences, and producing engineering specifications.
The candidate will collaborate with peers, write unit and automated tests, and communicate with customers to deliver business value.
Participation in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives is expected.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks.
Experience in building applications using MongoDB is required.
Familiarity with data aggregation models for multiple data sources is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in building enterprise-class multi-tenant SaaS applications.
Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure is essential.
Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Nock is required.
Candidates should have experience in instrumenting code for performance metrics and working with Agile development methodologies.
Preference will be given to those with experience in integrating telephony, CRM, or CTI applications, as well as MEAN stack experience.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a must.
