Remote Software Development Engineer II - (Web/Frontend)

Description:

• LivePerson is seeking a Software Development Engineer II for their Web/Frontend team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Remote).
• The role involves coding and developing complex designs in a highly scalable web application.
• The candidate will work closely with architects and R&D leads on advanced business epics.
• The position includes leading the company’s agenda in open-source projects and intellectual property.
• The engineer will help grow the team's technical leadership.
• The LiveEngage Frontend Group is responsible for user interfaces and overall frontend architecture of LivePerson’s analytical products.
• The team builds cutting-edge web applications using advanced JavaScript frameworks and native JavaScript.
• The web architecture is designed to support outstanding scale and provide the best-performing real-time web experience.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have at least 3-5+ years of experience in Vue.js and/or Angular.
• Deep knowledge and experience in JavaScript design patterns are required.
• Experience in consuming and designing RESTful APIs is necessary.
• An expert understanding of core front-end web technologies is essential.
• Experience with data visualization is a plus.
• Knowledge of modern development tools, such as Git, is required.
• Experience in cloud/SaaS companies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
