HighLevel is a cloud-based, all-in-one white-label marketing and sales platform that empowers marketing agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses to elevate their digital presence and drive growth.
The company has over 1000 employees across 15 countries, working remotely and in their Dallas, Texas headquarters.
The Expansion Products team is responsible for driving volumetric and usage-based upgrades and upsells within the platform to maximize revenue potential.
The team focuses on building innovative products and features that solve real-world problems for agencies, allowing them to consolidate their offerings under a white-labeled brand.
The Senior Software Engineer will work on the Membership Platform, focusing on optimizing databases, managing infrastructure, and reducing technical debt.
Responsibilities include optimizing and managing scalable databases, automating infrastructure, addressing technical debt, implementing monitoring solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in platform engineering, with expertise in large-scale databases and infrastructure.
Experience in full stack engineering with Node.js and modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, React.js, or Angular is preferred.
A strong background in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
Proficiency in building scalable applications and understanding the flow of software is required.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases, such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Firestore, is essential.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus, along with knowledge of video streaming.
