Remote Software Development Engineer III

Description:

• HighLevel is seeking a Software Development Engineer III to join the Expansion Products team responsible for driving upgrades and upsells within the platform.
• The role involves developing scalable backend services for memberships & courses, designing and managing APIs, and customizing components and web applications in Vue.js.
• The engineer will collaborate with a team of developers, designers, and QA testers to write clean, tested, and scalable code that affects thousands of users daily.
• Responsibilities include troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining core product software and databases for optimization and functionality.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in full-stack engineering with Node.js and modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, React.js, or Angular.
• Proficiency in building scalable applications and understanding software flow, with experience in relational/non-relational databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Firestore.
• Ability to design and build web services, integrate with third parties through APIs, and use code versioning tools like Git or SVN.
• Experience with GCP technologies, Stripe integrations, and building media streaming applications.
