Description:

The company has over 1000 employees across 15 countries, working remotely and in their headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
The role is for a Software Development Engineer III focused on Payments, requiring strong technical and communication skills.
Responsibilities include improving and creating new lead capture domain models, building backend and frontend API features, and working cross-functionally across various teams.
The engineer will drive performance through benchmarking and optimization and collaborate closely with the leadership team to build new features and products.
The position requires upholding high engineering standards and working on 1 to 2 products, creating and improving lead capture tools like funnels, websites, forms, and surveys.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in a full-stack environment.
Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Javascript, TypeScript, Vue.js, NodeJS, and GraphQL is required.
The ability to work collaboratively in a remote team is essential.
An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate a start-up environment are necessary.
Candidates should be generalists who can work on both frontend and backend tasks and take pride in solving problems and enhancing user experiences.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with various stakeholders are required.
A keen eye for design and experience with HTML5 and CSS3 are mandatory.
Additional skills such as experience with the Nuxt.js framework, MongoDB profiling, CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and TailwindCSS, and working in the GCP ecosystem are a plus.
