The company has approximately 1200 employees across 15 countries, working remotely and in their headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
The role is for a Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and Vue.js (or React/Angular).
The developer will be responsible for building low latency and human-sounding voice agents using cutting-edge voice-to-voice models.
The position involves working with leading Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) models to create world-class conversational products for various customer use cases.
Additional responsibilities include enabling capabilities for agents such as appointment booking and data collection, as well as fine-tuning voice models for clarity, accuracy, and naturalness.
The developer will also need to understand REST philosophy, write secure and efficient APIs, plan robust data models, develop user-facing features, and ensure clear communication with team members.

Requirements:

Candidates must have expertise in building large-scale conversation agents along with response evaluations.
A good hands-on experience with Node.js and Vue.js (or React/Angular) is required.
Experience working with production-grade applications deployed at scale is necessary.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field of study is required.
Candidates should have 4+ years of engineering experience.
Expertise with MongoDB is essential.
A proficient understanding of version control software, such as Git, is required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
