The company has over 1000 employees across 15 countries, working remotely and in their headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
The role is for an experienced software engineer with strong technical and communication skills, focusing on backend and frontend engineering systems that process large amounts of data at scale.
Responsibilities include creating new reporting features, building backend and frontend API features, working cross-functionally across various teams, driving performance through benchmarking and optimization, and collaborating closely with the leadership team.
The engineer will uphold high engineering standards and bring consistency to various codebases and systems.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience with Vue.js is required.
Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and TypeScript is necessary.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is essential.
Candidates should have experience with databases like MySQL and MongoDB, and a working knowledge of Redis and Firebase/FireStore is preferred.
Experience integrating various third-party platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook Marketing APIs, Twilio, and Google Analytics, is required.
A solid understanding of tools and techniques around caching, concurrency, and building highly available, reliable, and scalable systems is necessary.
Candidates must be able to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
A strong focus on product quality and the ability to balance trade-offs with time to launch new features is essential.
A keen eye for design and consideration for user flows and user experiences is important.
