• The Software Development Lead at Welocalize is a leadership position responsible for managing a team of senior Software Development/Engineering members.

• The role involves making architectural decisions, managing key projects from conception to deployment, and ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
• The Software Lead collaborates with other departments, troubleshoots technical issues, maintains documentation, and provides team support and supervision.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial or team supervision role.
• Proficiency in NodeJS for back-end, VueJS for front-end, and React.
• Experience in Full-Stack Software development and leading architectural design.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous ownership of projects from conception to deployment and mentoring junior team members.
• Knowledge of deploying and supervising machine learning models using Docker and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in deploying digital models in a large-scale AWS environment.
• Ability to design and comprehend architectural systems for front-end and back-end.
