As the Software Development Team Lead at GlobalVision, you will play a pivotal role in advancing product capabilities.
You will develop Core Technologies by driving projects from inception to completion and presenting them to leadership.
Your responsibilities include designing metrics to evaluate algorithm predictions of inspection technologies used by proofreaders for quality control.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, staff engineers, and leadership to bring inspection technologies into production across the product lineup.
Participation in peer reviews of solution designs and related code is expected.
You will mentor and support the growth of junior software engineers.

Requirements:

A background in Computer Science or proof of excellence and achievement in the field is required.
A strong track record in modern C++ development is essential, and you should be currently using it in your job.
You must have at least 2 years of experience as a technical lead.
The ability to manage and complete projects from top to bottom with a strong sense of urgency is necessary.
Strong writing, documentation, and complex system design structuring skills are required.
You should have experience and understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization techniques.
