The Corporate Engineering team is responsible for the in-house development of business systems that support various areas including merchants, customers, and authorities.

The in-house development team is tasked with establishing agile development methods and promoting team development in a fully remote environment.
The position involves automating and improving internal business processes through application development and RPA implementation.
The role includes leading development projects, managing progress, and collaborating with various departments to gather requirements and propose solutions.
The team utilizes low-code development platforms like Outsystems and Workato for application development.
The position offers opportunities to participate in diverse business improvement projects across various departments and to propose improvements independently.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in designing and developing web applications.
Experience in the design and operation of RDBs such as ORACLE, SQLServer, MySQL, and Postgres is required.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese is necessary.
Agile development experience is preferred.
Experience with low-code development platforms like Outsystems, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Kintone is desirable.
Familiarity with ETL/EAI/MDM products and public cloud development (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Knowledge of core systems such as accounting or HR systems is beneficial.
Reading and writing proficiency in English is a plus.
