Description:

SugarCRM is seeking a curious and highly motivated Software Engineer to develop the next generation of software products and tools.
The role involves working as a full-stack engineer in a Scrum Team, utilizing modern technologies to create front end and back end components for various products.
Emphasis is placed on developing reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions for high volume, high availability environments.
The successful candidate must be independent, quick to learn, have a can-do attitude, and be willing to work with new technologies.
Strong project organization, communication skills, and a desire to collaborate with peers are essential.
Responsibilities include producing high-quality software, optimizing software architecture, conducting design and code reviews, exploring new software design, and mentoring team members.

Requirements:

2 - 5 years of experience in enterprise software development and/or distributed SaaS systems.
Practical Object Oriented Programming experience, web software programming, knowledge of emerging languages, technologies, and writing unit tests.
Proficiency in JavaScript with modern front-end frameworks like React.
Familiarity with creating and consuming RESTful APIs, advanced SQL and NoSQL data stores, Agile software development methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience.
Preferred experience includes knowledge of state management solutions like Redux, Angular.js, NodeJS, Golang, Kubernetes, DevOps, AWS, cloud services, microservices, containers, pipelines, test automation, Git, Jira, Jenkins, and other agile tools.

Expected monthly NET salary range of lei6.800 - lei8.800, depending on experience.
