Description:

The Corporate Engineering team is responsible for the in-house development of business systems supporting various areas including merchants, customers, and authorities.
The new Data Steward team will facilitate the effective use of data within the company by managing and operating the data analysis infrastructure to support business decision-making.
The main mission includes responding to inquiries about data location and content from data analysis infrastructure users and maintaining the data catalog.
Responsibilities also include SQL optimization and planning and executing basic training for SQL and BI.
The team consists of various roles including Data Project Management, Data Engineering, Data Infrastructure Engineering, Data Architecture, and DaaS.
The position aims to improve the efficiency of data access for analysts, allowing them to focus on analysis rather than searching for data.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in building data analysis infrastructure or data analysis.
At least 2 years of experience in SQL tuning.
Strong communication skills for smooth interaction with internal and external parties.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience in team development of 10 or more members, project management, and leading teams.
English communication skills, particularly in reading and writing, are desirable.
Experience in building, maintaining, and operating data catalogs is a plus.
