Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in software development.
Mastery of a major enterprise language is required, with a preference for those familiar with Apex, a Java family language.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development frameworks is necessary.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions is essential.
Expertise in Git is required.
Experience with cloud platforms is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are essential.
Salesforce platform development experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components is preferred.

Within 180 days, engineers will build and ship large modules, participate in code reviews, and serve as technical experts.
The position allows for collaboration with external teams to debug customer-raised issues and volunteer on engineering initiatives.
Employees will have the chance to identify technical debt and deliver action plans to resolve it.
Within 365 days, engineers will lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement and leverage new technology to enhance efficiency and user experience.
