Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in software development.
  • Mastery of a major enterprise language is required, with a preference for those familiar with Apex, a Java family language.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development frameworks is necessary.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions is essential.
  • Expertise in Git is required.
  • Experience with cloud platforms is necessary.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are essential.
  • Salesforce platform development experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components is preferred.

  • Employees will have the chance to identify technical debt and deliver action plans to resolve it.
  • Within 365 days, engineers will lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement and leverage new technology to enhance efficiency and user experience.
