The role involves building and shipping high-quality products, solving complex business problems with secure and scalable backend APIs, and integrating with platforms like GCP, Kubernetes, Stripe, and Plaid.
Requirements:
Release new product features and maintain existing services.
Deep understanding of product values and contribute to creating the best product experience.
Build secure, performant, and easy-to-use backend APIs and database designs with clear documentation.
Help improve engineering processes and standards to enhance efficiency and product quality.
2+ years of experience working with NodeJS/Typescript and building APIs.
Familiarity with NoSQL and/or relational databases, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar languages.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience leading a project from end-to-end.
Experience at an early-stage startup is a plus.
Fintech experience is also a plus.
