Remote Software Engineer

Description:

• Snapsheet is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Virtual Appraisals (VA) Team, responsible for enhancing the internal end-to-end claims platform by automating workflows and reducing cycle times.
• The role involves contributing to technical design processes, participating in agile practices like stand-ups and retrospectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of fullstack web development experience, proficiency in React, designing APIs, relational databases, and server-side code scalability.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is a plus, along with a commitment to quality, technology passion, and the ability to manage tasks effectively.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of fullstack web development experience, including React, Redux, API design, relational databases, and server-side code scalability.
• Professional experience with React and eagerness to work in a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is advantageous.
• Commitment to quality, technology passion, and effective task management skills.
